SOFTWARE VERSIONS

Three versions of the wine idea software are available. Whether you have a single location or are planning nationwide, multi-store installations, we will advise you of the options and help you select the most suitable and cost-effective solution.

READY

Designed for small and medium installations, this professional client-server wine software (a single Shop can be activated) permits the connection of no more than 2 positions (one of which acts as server) for managing a maximum number of dispensers, which depends on the power of the PC available, and for managing the cards and operations associated with wine tasting.One or more computers are required with Windows. “WineIDEA” Pos Ready also has a MYSQL database which holds all the information on the management of the wines. There is also a useful integrated system backup function and an update download facility.

REVOLUTION

Designed for medium to large installations, this professional client-server wine card software (a single Shop can be activated) permits the connection of an unlimited number of positions and a dedicated server, included in supply or installed directly on the client’s server platform, for managing a maximum number of dispensers which depends on the power of the server available, and for managing the cards and operations associated with wine tasting.One or more computers are required with Windows. “WineIDEA” Pos Ready also has a MYSQL database which holds all the information on the management of the wines. Professional wine software for intensive use and for big installations; this professional client-server software allows the activation of various shops and the connection of an unlimited number of positions and a dedicated server, included in supply or installed directly on the client’s server platform, for managing a maximum number of dispensers which depends on the power of the server available, and for managing the cards and operations associated with wine tasting. OPTION: PRINTED BARCODE COUPON ACTIVATION

Optional barcode/QR code readers can be connected to any Series 3 wine dispenser to allow the activation and dispensing by barcodes printed using a thermal receipt printer or QR codes. This solution flexible solution can be adapted for any business supporting a variety of applications, from airline lounges to stadiums and cruise ships.

The printed barcode / QR code coupons can be either:

Created with a fixed pre-paid value and used until the value is consumed, or;
Created to allow a set number of tastings to be dispensed – great for events or promotional vouchers.

Wineemotion is the only system in the industry protected against fraud and theft. The dollar value is stored on the WineIdea™ Software and not on the physical card which can easily be duplicated or lost.
CUSTOMER ASSIGNED CARD OPTIONS
Anonymous Prepaid Cards: Pre-loaded cards using the “deductive” operation method
Prepaid with Profile Cards: Pre-loaded cards linked to a customer profile with the ability to monitor and track guest preferences and consumption history.
Open Tab Cards: Post-paid cards to be paid off after consumption with profile sales tracking.
Table Tab Cards: Linked to a table or server account to be paid off after consumption.
