Just having reopened in the summer of 2016, Flying Fish is widely known for its fresh, sustainable seafood menu. The restaurant prides itself in the infamous dishes of Ocean's Bounty Sustainable Fish and A Tour of the Coast. The Wagyu Filet Mignon and Bison Strip Loin are some other popular dishes for meat lovers. Each dish is specially made to satisfy every customer's taste buds. Flying Fish also offers an open kitchen feature, known as "Chef's Counter." This gives customers the option to sit at the counter to enjoy a great show put on by the chefs as they prepare their meals and the opportunity to interact with them after their meals are served.

In addition to the restaurant's renowned menu, the re-imagination of the restaurant has expanded wine storage space and now offers an extensive wine list. With nearly 300 labels and almost 80 by the glass, the finest wine by the glass is served to Flying Fish customers with the help of our Wineemotion system. The OTTO system fits beautifully along the wall of the bar. Customers who choose to sit at the bar can glance at the beauty of the wine bottles, as they are being displayed from neck to bottom. Our high-tech wine technology allows sommeliers to precisely pour to every customer's desire without having to worry about spoilage.
